Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During pre-orders, sales, high-volume periods, processing times may be extended

Pre-Orders:

Pre-Order items require additional processing time. The estimated shipping timeframe for pre-orders will be provided in the provided in the product description. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the extended processing time. 

Shipping & Delivery:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmational email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location 

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. DaEliteHairParlor is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. 

Damage packages:

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist you
