Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for the sanitary reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any hair bundles, wigs, frontals. closures, or other hair products. 

Please inspect your order upon arrival. if you receive the wrong item or an item that is damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. 

Products must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Any sign of use, installation, coloring, cutting or tampering will void eligibility for a replacement.   

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
